I have a purchase order that has 35 lines on it. When I print it or look at it on screen I can only see the first 5 lines, but I can scroll down the list of blank lines as though they are there. I went into maintain database in the po line number file and I can see that the remaining lines are in the database. How can I fix this? :o

There is a field in the PO header called BKAP.PO.NL which is the number of lines in the PO. If it is 5, then that is all you will be able to see. Bad design, I know but we inherited it. If you edit the record in Maintain Database, then you should be able to get to the other lines.
