Just updated to 10/31/06 update. When we go to print a BOM, it's using the t6bmb.run program, and we're saying N to print Text, up pops the graphical form t6bmb1.rtm, we confirm and........nothing happens. Nothing prints. We can print the BOM in text, but not graphical like we used to. The date on the .RTM is 7/19/06, so it was not overwritten by the update.

Apparently, Production says we also used to be able to print graphically in BM-G because they always got the option to e-mail the output, and that's now just text, not even a prompt for a graphical output.

Is there a fix for this?

Is this a known issue? It's a problem for us, and we need some ideas as to how to fix.

The date on the most current RTM is 08/29/06. If you are using an older RTM, then BMB will definitely not print the report. Try renaming the t6bmb1.rtx included in that update.

I have no RTM or RTX files that include bmb in them at all. So I have no idea where JEMM found one dated 8-29-06. The run files are dated 08-30-06 though.

So, this sure does sound like a genuine problem. It seems weird that I don't have them at all and some people have old versions.

The BKBMB.RUN is text and does not have an RTM. Somebody (might have been Val) needed an RTM version of BM-B badly enough to pay for the programming so there is a T6BMB (Evo) version that does have an RTM. It appears that the October update had the old RTM in it. I will send Val the new one.
