I was able add the item number field to our shipping label but... When printing labels for a sales order with multiple line items the label for the first line item prints as line item 2 not 1 and continues in order with the last item printing as line item 1.  The numbering is correct on the sales order and the packing slip, just wrong on the label.  Any ideas?  Anyone?

No ideas anyone?  This must be a tough one.  We can't figure it out, but it happens on every sales order with more than one line item. Maybe we should report it as a repeatable problem.

Maybe an alignment issue? If you input a line number it is left-aligned, but if you let DBA assign it, it is right-aligned. May be some combination during order entry?

Brian,

Check your print order!  I have forgotten many times to watch print order and the next thing I know things are printing different from were I placed them. You want to look at "ShiftRelativeTo, Owner and ShiftWithParent settings on the items both before and after your item number.

I confirmed and fixed the bug.  The patch will be available shortly.
