I am looking for the best bar code scanner that would be compatible with the latest EVO/DBA system. The one we purchased from IDTech gives sometimes bogus results. We are using the scanner for basically labor entry.
Has anyone have knowledge of a good scanner that will work well with our system?

We have used these for years with evo without any issues.

We've never used bar codes, but the first thing that came to mind was Tim Gold's presentation on bar codes in Nashua where he talked about how critical the bar code itself is - both the printing and the paper it's printed on.

We have a few of the symbol LS2208 keyboard wedge (some usb) ones and they work just fine.

As far as printing we are using Zebra printers (different ones, with all variety of label/card stock) and they are fast, reliable, and really easy to setup.
