Since the update was performed this past weekend, we can’t get the data collection to work.  After we log in to Evo, and select Labor Only, we get the following message

"Addsum TAS Premier 7i"
"System Error. Code:1400
Invalid Window Handle"

This happens on all workstations, so it doesn’t appear to be workstation related.  Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone have any ideas?

I know this doesn't help you, but it might help ISTECH support.  We are using the updated 2/14 release and have not had any issues with data collection.

We have the same issue with the error -1400.  What was the recomended fix from ISTECH?

We are also getting this error on many screens in Evo, including UT-C, UT-G, IN-A, PO-B to name a few.  I did find the post on deleting the Addsum key from the registry and tried it with no luck.  This is happening on our test server (that I soon want to be the live server), but is ok on one other client that I checked.  Any help is appreciated.

Is there a solution for this?  I'm not comfortable going live with my test server because it locks up with System Error Code 1400, Invalid Window Handle.

The addsum error occurred when trying to run Evo on the server.  NT4 server.  I just came across this post explaining that you can't run Evo on an NT 4 server, although it can reside there.  At least now I know...
