Title: Lost Serial Numbers Post by jwambach on 02/27/07 at 17:40:20 We had a computer issue the first few days of 2007. We use serial numbers for tracking.  I have a packing list that lists several serial numbers, but the invoice was never issued, posted, printed.  We do cycle counts and that item is over by the units that should have been shipped in the beginning of 2007.  How do I get these serial numbers invoiced?  How do I get these serial numbers taken out of inventory.  These serial numbers do not show up in the system as outstanding.  The invoice numbers show up on the history of serial number report - but I can not find a report that gives me a invoice when you enter a serial number - This is really strange.  Any help would be appreciated.
