Please fix problem in SR module so that more than one description line per item will print on invoices. We really need this fixed to let us release and print more than one description line per each item.

you can do it by modifying the RTM, but the problem is that those lines will print after the S/R parts lines (if you are using S/R work orders). If you're not, then just use the SOB4.RTM (IT6 or BK if you are using Classic) to print the order and your extra lines will be there.

DBA said that it can not find that form to print. Any other suggestions?

If you are using Classic the RTM is BKSOB4.RTM

If you are using Evo then it is IT6SOB4.RTM
