When I enter finish production using WO-P instead of WO-I, the quantity posts to IN-A but shows zero quantity on work order in WO-A.

If you mean that the quantity complete in WO-A is not updated, I can't duplicated. Either individually or by ranges, the WO Quantity COmplete as shown in WO-A is in fact updated with teh quantity completed.

Mike tells me that was also fixed in one of the patch files. Julie, you need to install the latest patch.

I add all patches as of 3/21 and then tried it again and it did not work.
Please advise.
