I want a report that shows me all inventory items that have not had activity for the last year. I am doing this in IN-L-O. So I am choosing "all inventory items" as the primary filter (because I want it to look at ALL inventory), all transaction types.

I expect it to show me everything that has NOT had activity for within the specified transaction date. However, there are indeed inventory items that I see had transactions within the last year (as specified by the transaction date).

What am I doing wrong?

Choose "Active + Changed" as the filter. That will include items currently Active that are recommended to change to Inactive due to inactivity
