Where can I find a report that prints the sales for all my customers without all the detail of listing all the invoices? All I want is the customer code, name and the total sales for the period. Every report I have tried gives me a listing of the invoices. I have to spend a lot of time cutting all of that out to get the report down to what the owners want to see on the top sales report. Am I just not seeing the report somewhere?/ :o

I think SA-O Top Customer Report might give you what you want- there are fields that might limit the report too much for you. I don't know because mine is not working (update I haven't installed yet may have fixed it).

We don't have SA-O, so evidently our old IT person didn't update our system. I guess we need to look itno doing that if that's the only way to get the reports.

I don't have SA-O either. I use SA-M & choose the TOPSALE.RTM for the report format. I don't believe it will give you customer code though, just customer name.

SA-O is only available in Evo, not Classic. Also in Evo, you could edit the SA-M RTM to include customer name rather than code.

I've tried the SA-M and I still can't get the individual customer's sales totals.

Mine is not working either & I have installed every update there is to be had ........ as far as I know.

When I go through the selections in SA-O - it defaults to JMCRTOPN.RTM report - nothing happens. It goes back to a blank window. If I change the rtm to either TOPSALE.RTM or TOPSALE1.RTM - it acts like its thinking but nothing prints but the header of "SALES ANALYSIS SUMMARY REPORT".

I guess it still does not work :-/

Sorry, I just saw that this was being addressed in a different thread. Looking forward to the fix...............
