We have just upgraded to the latest version of EVO-ERP and we are closing the month of March-07. Part of that close is the Coversion to canadian $ through the IM-B Convert to Base. Today I went into that section and put in 3 for the Month of March and 03/31/07 to the date. The J/E entry produced gave totally wrong figures for the Exchange. Example
our US AR Balance and the end of March was 219,886.10 and the Rate of exchange was 1.160. The automatic J/E gave us an amount of $22,565.07 when it should have been $ 35,181.82. All other calculations were equally wrong. I have had to do a manual J/E to back this out and correct it.

Has anyone else had a problem with this calculation and if so how do you fix it?

Did you perform AM-N and UT-K-D after you upgraded to the most recent version?

I was moving quickly through the upgrade steps, ran AM-N, but neglected to run UT-K-D afterward. Soon I began hearing screams from Accounting when whole quarters suddenly had no data on the financial statements ::)

Yes we did run UK-D. We had to do it twice as it did not work the first time. We were unable to AM-N as it is grayed out in both the EVO_ERP menu and the DBA Classic Menu.
