I can’t get notes to print on my WO. Is there something obvious I am missing? I am on the latest update. Printing Travelers calls for T6WOC1.RTM. If I look at the rtm in report editor, I can’t see a field that might be notes. What is the field name?

The field name used for the WO notes is called "instructions" in sub report ppReport1SubReport3 with the section header of the same name. Make sure that the field is set to visible. Also, try a different RTM to see if it prints.

We are having the similar problem.
I checked the RTM it appears okay. The field is visible as well as being visible on subreport being visible on the main page.

"Notes" does not print intuitively. After much trial & error, I found that only one note can be selected to print. If I want to track name/date/time on notes, I can only print one of them. If I want all to print, I would have to enter them under one entry log and lose tracking. I found that in order to print any note, I had to first make it appear in the text box of the print notes screen. Notes do not automatically show up. I can make them appear if I click the first note, then click the note I want to show up. Then hit exit and print.

Again this is very counter intuitive and cumbersome.

How can we print more than one note on a WO?
