Our Acct person wanted a function where she could enter recurring vouchers that happened monthly (for say the entire year). We have tried experimenting with AP-O, but as far as we can tell, it doesn't work. We have entered test vouchers that recur monthly, but when we do an AP-I aging, they don't show up. As far as we can tell, they go nowhere. Anyone have any clues?

Just to be sure... You did run AP-P to generate the recurring voucher?

Oops - Hmm....so first you enter it, and then you generate/post it? I'll have to play with it in our test company. Will this allow you to create postings automatically as they come due? Or do you have to do an AP-P every month?

Allen,

OK - we sort of have it figured out. However, it doesn't seem to save you that much work. You still have to remember to generate/post the recurring invoice each month (from the template?). We use a few consultants that get monthly vouchers, and it would be nice if we could just enter a recurring voucher at the start of the year, and have it automatically post the voucher each month. Maybe to much to ask?
