We finally got our Access program up and running and now when I use the Gross YTD sales off the BKARCUST table it's giving me the 2006 numbers and not 2007. Same goes for the LTD is 2005 instead of 2006. How do I get the numbers to move forward a year? Am I supposed to run a utility report??? :o

I don't believe those fields are supported so the data is not reliable.

You would have to calculate from sales order or transaction files.

Those numbers match the reports when we run the SA-D Customer Summary. There should be a way for the Gross YTD to be the current year. I know we used to use it in the past years before our Access quit working. We want to be able to get a total number on the sales instead of all of the transactions for the year.

Try SM-J-O Rebuild customer/vendor credit info.

You're welcome and I'm glad to know it worked. I have used that for Vendors but not for customers yet. Need to do it also!
