Is there a way to print all CD transactions within a batch that has already been posted on 04/28/07 through GL-O?

Disclaimer - I'm on an old version.

If you want all CD transactions from 4/28, you can use GL-D Print Journals.
If you need all CD from a specific GL-O batch on 4/28, you'll need to use GL-C Print GL Transactions.
Journals are easier to read, IMHO.

Thanks, Cyndee. I was able to get the info that I needed but only after I put in a range of entered dates. When I entered 4/28 (Saturday) as a post date I got a report with nothing on it. That was the day that I did the hard post but the transactions covered a much wider span.

I guess I really don't understand the "batching" process. I thought that a batch number was assigned when transactions were posted through GL-O - is this correct? I had not done a posting thru GL-O for the whole week & was not sure of all of the transactions that had been entered by others. I have a new employee & wanted to check her data entry.

LeAnn, if you know the batch number you can print the whole batch in GL-C. A batch number groups a bunch of posts that may have different post dates. It depends on whether when you are posting you select a given date and post each date separately or just post everything regardless of date in one batch.
