Here is a problem that just came up and maybe someone can tell me what is wrong. I have a part that I do not use very often, I had 50 on hand with a reorder level of 16 and a reorder amount of 50. On 04/10/07 we did an Inventory Adjustment of -40 so our R&D group could use them. This left me 10 which was below the reorder level. MRP did not prompt me to buy any until 04/30/07 when an order was put in for 2 of them. Why did it not prompt me when the adjustment took me below reorder level? :-/
