Allen,

Sorry to be a pain in the butt, but I heed help.

Since the latest update, when I Export Acknowledgements (DE-P-E), the sales order notes no longer come out in the Sxxxxx.out file. They did before the latest update. This is crucial to us, since we write in a large group of custom SONOTES lines in the incoming DBASO.IN file and need them to come out in the Acknowledgement file.

Oddly enough, when you release the order, print and post the invoice, and then do DE-P-E, but export Invoices, the Ixxxxx.OUT file DOES have the SONOTES lines.

Any luck in figuring this one out?
I went over your answer for the old bug having to do with the tracking number not coming out in the DE-P-E invoice. I guess there has to be some differentiation? When you do a DE-P-E and answer "acknowledgement" you want the BKARDESC notes, but when you answer "invoice" you want the BKARHDSC notes. That sound right?

Allen,

Any news on this? I am still waiting on our trading partner to start the next phase of EDI testing. Once they tell me to start, this bug will become huge for us. I know you are probably working hard on other more pressing issues (either bug fixes or issues with the last update).

Ok, there was a bug in the open files.. I have corrected this, and I'll send it to Lynn.

No problem. Our trading partner is still setting up their server for the "detailed" test and they haven't bugged me yet (thank goodness :D) I'll wait for the e-mail from Lynn.
