I have about a dozen PO RNI items on the report that are bogus. I have tried to close them PO-K but it says can't find PO. I can view the receiver and the PO is not closed?

What file and field do I need to mod with MDB?

Get the 5/1 update installed. There is a nerw utility called RNIFIX (in Evo RNIFIX.RUN) that will clean up the PO's that are "closed but not closed"; i.e. they should be closed and they do not exst in the Open PO File so you can't close them but there are still entries on the RNI report.
