We are having problems printing our shop travelers and our acknowledgements. It takes about two to three times to finaly get the whole thing to print.
What could be causing this to happen?

Need more details - what version, have you edited the RTM, exactly what happens when you try to print?

We are on version 2004.1 with update 2/14/07. When we print the shop traveler the only thing that prints is work order #, Title SHOP TRAVELER and page 1, the first line on the traveler. We then try again and sometimes we have to try a third time. With the acknowledgement it just comes out blank, we then just retry again also sometimes taking about two or three tries to print. We have not edited RTMs.
