Hello I see from reading that other people have had the same problem that I think I just discovered and that the latest patches and download (which I haven't installed yet) fix this problem. My purchaser changed a vnedor and vendor part # in INV-B today and now all the other vendor part numbers are gone. I plan on installing the new update tonight, but my question is, can I go to yesterdayas back up and bet the file that holds that vendor and vendor part number information and overwrite the one that is in there now, and then just re enter the couple of changes that were made today, after I have fixed the problem. If so what is the file name that I need.

Yes, and the files you need are BKSBVEND and/or BKSBMFG.
