Hi, We have a part that shows in IN-A that there are 61 parts in QC inspection, but when you try to do the buyoff, the parts are not there? I am wondering how we can fix this? :-/ :-/

We use Maintain Data bas - BKQCMSTR - file and delete from there.

Thanks for the response. Wish I knew what happened to cause this problem in the first place...any ideas?

We get the same mismatch sometimes, but I have yet to pinpoint the exact circumstances. Gremlins, perhaps ::)

I'm guessing it could be due to an inventory receipt under PO-C. The system defaults to putting purchase order receipts into inventory, but sometimes QC Inspection is selected. I have to be careful of this if I have a long list of receivers to put in. Just my .02.
