We are finding this programme takes approx 3 minutes to close a work order. Is this normal?

We are on the lastest version of EVO and have installed all patches to date.

All I can do is assure you it's not normal ... we have minimal hardware, 2 doz.-item BOM's, 1 doz. operation Routings, and closing a WO (as part of WO-I) takes 2 - 3 sec.
I can't help you sort it out, however. I'm sure someone who can will reply soon.
