I'm not sure if this is from a patch or not or even strictly TAS, but when I print Acknowledgements to a dot-matrix printer from TAS, the BILL and SHIP get cut off. Only the first letters show up. This only happens in TAS, when printing the exact same Sales Order to the same printer from DBA, the Acknowlegement shows up fine.

Anyone got any ideas?

Text or RTM? What exactly is being cut off?

RTM file is: T6SOB2.RTM. It's where BILL and SHIP are vertical on the page.

If you mean that the "BILL" doesn't print correctly in a vertical column, the easiest way to fix it is to edit the RTM and rather than the word "BILL" change it to 4 separate objects - B, I, L and L and then arrange them vertically yourself.

They are currently 4 separate objects right now. I tried to make them one, but I can't seem to get the BILL to become vertical.
