Title: DDCHECK errors unfixable?

I get the following errors when I run DDCHECK in UT-A. I have tried following the instructions that it gives in the report but it doesn't fix them. I am only concerned with Action Type 1 errors as I assume the others are a result of the IS update. Running DBA classic. Please advise.........thanks
