If there is a price change when entering invoices in AP-C, but the parts are sold/or issued to a work order, what happens to that price change? We are on Average inventory costing. If we are balancing our inventory values to our general ledger, that amount is not reflected in the inventory values, but it is in the GL.

That is correct and is one of several reasons that UT-K-G and the associated Journal Entry is part of recommended month-end processing.
