I have an old checking account set up in AD-B. Account was closed in 2004. Can I reuse the number? How long do we really need to keep closed accounts in AD-B?

I would use GL-J and make sure everything in it has been cleared. Then you can re-use it but keep in mind, if you ever run anything like AP Payment History going back to 2004, payments from the original account will be listed under the new account.
