I am trying to change an employee's amount of vacation hours in PR-A VAC/SICK but it won't save, and when I try to go back to the "Main Screen", the whole window closes rather than taking me back to the main screen and saving my changes. I have set it to accrue by Flat Rate, yearly. The anniversary date is 7/25/07. I am getting ready to run 7/27 payroll but have not because this person's paycheck needs to show that she now has vacation hours. The "Hours Due" field did not automatically fill in with the newly accrued vacation hours on 7/25 like I expected it to. Will this happen when I run 7/27 payroll?? Will it happen at all? Is this a program malfunction?

Oct 31st, 2006, 7:21am When I have PR-A open and I am editing employees information, I will click save and the screen will go away & instead of being able to click on the next person, I have to reopen the screen again. It's a real pain. ??? How can this be corrected.

I am using EVO~ERP Build 5/1/07. I could really use a timely response to this dilemma!! :-? Thanx

False alarm, I got an answer - the new vacation hours kicked in with printing of this week's payroll :)
