I have encountered a recurring issue, and am wondering if there is a fix.

In the normal course of business, we use SO-N to convert a sales order to a work order, then we print the work order traveler and pick list. Sometimes when using SO-N, we get an error message which says that particular SO is locked by someone else (it's in use). We have verified the "in use" warning message is accurate. We then ask the person to close that SO (or close EVO completely), at which time it allows us to continue on and print the traveler, etc.. The problem is that the travelers do not print complete; they print only a portion of the BOM, with no rhyme or reason as to which phantom/assys or parts are included on the traveler. For example, some phantoms on the traveler print-out contain 2 of the 10 parts, and other phantoms don't appear at all. When we discover the error on the traveler print-out days or weeks later, we usually cancel the order and issue a -2 work order, at which time we re-print the traveler, and it prints with 100% of the BOM items.

Interesting, sounds like the same thing that is happening to us since the update.
