I have a PO that has been fully received for a one year service contract. It is payable in 4 equal quarterly payments. Is there a better way to do this other than to go back and receive it in 4 pieces and schedule the 4 payments?

What if you receive it once (the full year amount, qty 1), but in A/P-C enter four different invoices (.25 qty each) and show the quarterly amount due for each invoice. Then when you pay bills, you can select one invoice each quarter.
