Hi All!

I'm a newby to this site so please bare with me if I am not to the point on my questions and such. But I really need to know why on EVO-Purchase order prinitng the MFG# P/N is not showing up on the PO even when you have it listed on IN>B and also I noticed that when your PO prints there's a "blank line" that shows up that I beleive is where the MFG# should be printing.

Could you please help me on this issue? I would really appreciate it!

If the Manufacturer's part number has not pulled into the PO, then it will not print. It needs to exist in IN-B before you enter the line on the PO and then it should pull in.

I was told by our purchasing department that it is in IN B! But for some reason it is coming up blank on the purchase order. Any other suggestions? I'd appreciate it and thanks! :(

We have had this problem too - we have found that if we re-enter the manufacturer part number as something back in IN-B, save, then go back in and enter it correctly, save again - generally - I stress generally, it will appear the next time on the Purchase Order. It does not work 100% of the time - maybe 80-85% of the time though....
