For every sales order we enter, we fax an acknowledgement to both the Customer and to our Rep.

Is there a way to automate this process? For example when answering yes to "Print Acknowledgments?" at the end of every order, Evo or DBA would automatically fax to the customer.

Not in DBA and not FAX but it may be possible in Evo to automatically email. I will check with programming.
