Title: Add a call with HIST button in AR-A Post by kevind on 09/20/07 at 08:21:23 On some of our customer records, an information (i) dialog with "Information" in the title bar pops up that says: You are not authorized to make changes to this account. Does anyone know what causes this error? We cannot find anything special with the accounts that show this message vs. accounts that allow us to add call records to the customer history. |

I have created reps and set them up so that they can see each others history, but not edit or add any on another behalf. We just want 3 different people to be able to put notes in history and create followups on any customer. Can we do that with the current Contact Manager?? |
