I just tried running it (QU-D) and it seems to process with no end. It's been running for something like 30 minutes already. It just flashes numbers in all of the columns at breakneck speed and never finishes. Is this normal (for a first time run?)

After a while of waiting it locked up. It seems to lock up when I switch to other programs but not every time (crossing fingers as i'm running it again right now...)

Actually, I think it locks up when it's window is minimized not when other programs are run. Still going strong right now.

What update are you on? There were some major improvements to this program in the 7/14/07 update.

We're on 7/14 and it still gives us totally erroneous data. Is there some way to "reset" the foolish thing and make it try again from scratch?

Actually I think it was the February update that had an updated version of the Business Status program.
The date for my ISBSF.RUN is 02/01/07.

You can initiate a reset by opening the BS, then click Ctrl-F10. This WILL take a long time-- that is it usually does for us, even though the daily update that I do takes just a second.

Be aware that the reset gets rid of all the past data and you end up with current month only. Do it before 09/30 and you will get September's data- do it on 10/01 and you will not.

Changed my profile. Newest version. Still really unstable if you minimize it.
