Title: RMA program - replacement orders Post by GasGiant on 10/23/07 at 09:24:42 We often create replacement orders before receiving returns from our customers. This new RMA module does not seem to allow for that. We are forced to receive the return before we are allowed to issue the replacement. Or am I missing something?
