I am trying to play with the RMA and S/R modules in my test company. First, right after the "Shipping Amount" screen, I get the information message:"This program cannot be run from this menu. To run this program you need to run it from Evo~Erp." I hit OK and get to the information screen. When I get down to reason for return code and do a look-up to pick one that I have already entered, pick one and enter, I get the message: "That is not a Valid RMA Reason for Return code." None of the ones in the drop down work. I have to hit ESC to get out of that screen and then I can print the acknowledgment, without the information.

When I changed the setting in IS Tech Defaults from R (required) to Y for "Control RMA Return Codes" I could enter a code.
I'm not sure anymore what the difference is (except that one works and one doesn't) ;)
