In a Sales order that has been converted from an RMA
I get this error after being asked if I want to enter Serial #'s :

A record was not found in FILELOC for file - ISRMAI.BT2 - 2 . The must be a record for each file opened.
Then it allows me to enter serial control.

Also in the new RMA I get a similiar error when trying to open RMA:

A record was not found in FILELOC for file - ISRMAC.BT2 - 2 . The must be a record for each file opened.

I think these are files that were created or should have been created with the last update. I have both of these files in my default folder and they are dated 9/26/07. Again I think they were from the last update and I had some problems after I installed the update and had to run a utility to create some files that were needed. You should contact Lynn. You either run a UTILITY called NEWINIT or DBAIF.
