In the module SM/UT/k/F we are having a problem with the std cost not appearing when we enter S/o. When this happens and the S/O is invoiced in DBA Classic no cost is posted for the item. When we go back into SM/UT/K/F and check the item sure enough the standard cost has disappeared from the system. This is happening on a random basis and we now have to check the price of everything before we enter the item on a sales order to make sure it is in fact there. This has been happening ever since we last updated last May.

Has anybody else experienced this problem.

Yes, I have seen that recently as well. We currently use the month-end shipping report that shows standard cost. Each month there are a handfull of fabricated parts that have to be rolled up again because they are mysteriously back to zero. Any ideas on what might be causing this would be appreciated.

We are using EVO and Classic and are on the latest IS tech update.
