Normally, I can tweak our RTM's to the way the boss wants it, but this one is stumping me a little because of the complexity of the RTM.

When we print out a packing slip, the space between the last line of any line item (usually the second description) and the description of the next line item is rather small and is causing some confusion at some customers. What setting would I change to increase this space?

(we use T6SOC4.RTM)

I ran into a similar problem with our vendors on our PO's.

I inserted a thin horizontal line above the item number that extended for the entire page width.
This separated each item into it's own group.

We did the same thing as Kevin on our POs.

However, if you want to have a bigger space, (make sure you have a backup!) open the RTM and go to "ppReport1SubReport1: TASFile" and drag the footer bar down a ways. Then select everything and move it down as much as you want for a space (so there is an empty space at the top of the area). Then move the footer back up as far as it will go. Lastly, go to the Main page and save it.
