Title: W3 electronic filing requirements Post by deburr on 01/14/08 at 07:48:37 Connecticut will not let me submit paper W-2's and W-3 anymore. They are requiring upload of a .CSV file which I was able to produce by building a crystal report and then exporting to excel to manipulate the data (middle initial, address state and zip must be extracted to separate fields, etc...). I would be great if the payroll database could be expanded to add the separate fields, that at some point in the future will probably be needed for exporting, report building, etc.. by many more users in other states.
