User locked themself out of Evo--I have no idea how to unlock. This was in the forum at one point, I do remember it, just can find it now. HELP ASAP!

You don't mean running DBAMS.exe to allow multiple instances - (helps when you crash out of DBA so that you don't have to reboot)?

Nope, they are actually locked out of Evo after trying multiple times to log in unsuccessfully. This was a new "feature" added a short time ago (2006, 2005 maybe?). I know of the "default" way to fix it, but how do you actually unlock them if you had to get it done ASAP? There is a way.......

Hmm...I've heard about that one. I assume you would have to log in as the Admin. Maybe on the users screen when logged in as Admin?

nope, I've logged in as Admin and I can't find it on any menu...it's a real mystery.......

Ok I wrote it, and if memory serves, you must run PS-A and just open and save that users record. That will clear the lock.

or wait 30 mins... and it will clear by itself.
