Title: Printing 1099's Post by LeAnn Cucchiara on 02/15/08 at 11:36:40 Everytime I attempt to print a 1099 - I get a couple of errors: 1- When entering Federal ID# - it says that it has to be 10 digits - Social Security #s are only 9 digits so then I went in & added a dash into all SS# after the 1st 2 digits of SS# hoping this would correct my issue 2-Then I get a Fatal Error "the array element specified is out of range for this field". I'm not sure what it is talking about - what array???? I tried to enter a vendor one by one with their SS# who would get a 1099 - still no luck......... Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? |
Title: Re: Printing 1099's Post by LeAnn Cucchiara on 02/18/08 at 16:01:54 Has no one else had a problem with printing 1099's? I figured out that I had to enter our Fed ID number with a dash after the 2nd number from the help menu. But even when I enter our 10 digit Fed ID # I still get the same error. I have tried to enter specific people who I know are setup to receive 1099's & still get "the array element specified is out of range for this field" problem. I am not even sure what array it is talking about..... Anyone? I could really use some assistance here :'( - I am getting some pretty upset people who want to file their taxes. |
