Title: FUTA Liability Transfer does not consider Credit Post by kevind on 03/31/08 at 12:44:55 We recently transfered the FUTA liability to payables for payment. The amount seemed quite high (but don't all taxes  :P ). We ran the 'Subject To Report' report, and it turns out that the liability that transfered was too high. Further investigation revealed that the 'Subject To Report' report was correct because it took into account the FUTA credit %. The Liability that transfered did not take into account the FUTA credit %. Is this the intended operation? If so, are we suppose to manually enter a voucher for the credit amount?
