We have a G/L account 9010 set up as an income account non/cash. Credits posted to this account are not showing on our income statement. The income reflects on the balance sheet under "current income". Is this a set-up error somewhere?

Does account 9010 appear in the account parameters established in AM-E, Format Standard Financial Statements - for the Income Statement?

I also have a few income accounts, but am careful to number them so that it is easy to group them together when formatting the income statement. I.E. all my income accounts range from 4000 to 4999, so I include this range to format the Income category on the Income statement.

If you are using the standard DBA Income statement then you do have to have the income accounts in the same close range, ie 4000 to 4999, since it only gives you one sequence for income. If you want to use account numbers out of that sequence, such as your 9000 number, you need to either put it in the "Other Income" area, or do a custom statement.

My account parameters only went to 9007...sheesh. Thanks.
