Is it possible to add the option to automatically enter the user name or code in the entered by field, as is done in Sales Orders entered by? If not, than would it be possible to force entry in the field, "Ent by", so I can keep track of who enters purchase Orders?

The problem with that is that the "Entered By" field in the PO is only 2 characters so the name would be truncated considerably. In SO I think it is 5. We could do it but unless the first 2 characters of the username is enough to identify them, it won't help much.

In my situation this would be fine. The initials of the entry person would be adequate. As long as this is an option that can be turned on or off as required by your EVO customers, there should be no down side to this. Thanks for considering it.
