Title: ACCESS VIOLATION AFTER UPDATING MENU Post by cathyh on 06/02/08 at 13:35:06 I am trying to update the PI report to the RTM version which is listed in the menu changes report for the latest update. The "ADMIN" menu doesn't have it either. When I try to put it in my menu, after saving and upon exiting I get an "access violation at address 00402DD6 in module evoerp.exe read of address 04BAE651." Is that report not really available yet? It is listed in my DBA folder. Or was my update on Saturday not totally successful? Haven't had any other problems that I know of. |
Title: Re: ACCESS VIOLATION AFTER UPDATING MENU Post by cathyh on 06/03/08 at 14:07:27 I tried running the program (T6PIF.RUN) through TAS-A and got the program run but the RTM is not to be found. I still can not save the program to the menu. Along the same lines, after the update, when I try to save a RTM as default in Print Acknowledgements (the RTM that came up the first time I ran it was a little square- no alphanumeric characters) - global settings, and enter the password, it says it is saved but it's not. I can only save "Local". |
