I just ran the DBA program CBKSOG.RUN custom program. It posted my invoice but did not ask for or create the commissions sales order.

Is this program in need of upgrading with all the updates that we’ve recently installed or could it be another issue?

That is a custom program we wrote for you so we would have to take a look at it but in general, when we do customizations they are maintained within the main program set, especially something like invoice posting so I suspect it is something else. Email me the specifics and I will look into it.
