I have two parts currently (maybe more) in inventory that show that zero qty was recieved on a certain date. But that was not the case. We do have the paper work to show that we put in the correct qty. What would be the fix? I did do a re-index and that didn't rectify the situation.

Did you check to see if they went into QC instead of inventory?
