Is anyone successfully using this program? We tried to use it to export our GL for our accountant but they said that they got the account names but no actual data. Could there be a problem between QB versions? I'd imagine our accountant is probably using QB 2008.

FWIW, the file we sent them is 8 megs so the data definitely is there...

We (IS Tech) have never made any changes to this program and it has not been touched by any programmer since 2003 so a change in the file structure on the QB side due to newer version is most likely the issue. I vaguely remember from my DBA Support days that it never worked right after the very first release (whenever that was) because QB kept making changes and DBA did not make the programming effort to keep up.

Ahh... well, that would explain it... Maybe it'd be best to take it off of the menu then if it's totally broken. I'll just get the data out another way. Thanks!
