When an item is designate to "Receive to QC" = Y then there should be two options
1. Do you want to print the accompanying drawing/links associated with the part?
2. An option to add to the notes on what the inspection criteria should be.

For 2. there is QC notes but no one seems to be able to tell me how to edit them. See http://www.istechforum.com/YaBB.pl?num=1191614977/7#7

We always print any drawings along with the PO and attach them. It keeps us from trying to inspect parts ordered against prints that may have changed in the meanwhile, which has happened several times in the past.

It would be nice to have the QC notes available, but we would likely just use a link to a controlled document instead of Evo notes.

We are also printing the drawings but it would be nice if you had this linked as an option rather than having to go into the part number, then calling the link then printing it.

They will print automatically when printing the PO. If they are printed when the PO is printed, then kept with the PO and given to QC on receipt, then there is no need to reprint them on receipt. YMMV.
