I have 2 unrelated PO's that still show on the RNI reports with RNI Qty and Cost. I think they are left over from when I was putting invoices into AP-C and there was a record lock (even though I said not to continue). So GL-O was out of balance becasue RNI posted but AP did not. I made changes in GL-P to make it work but can't get rid of the entries in the RNI reports. I went into the database into BKAPHPOL but can't find anything to change. I have closed out the PO's but they still show open on RNI reports. How can I get rid of them. They are not accessible through AP.

we recently had an amount open on PO RNI that was not supposed to be there. Our PO was still open at that point and we were able to go to AP-C and enter the po invoice again then do a credit voucher to relieve the customer ledger of this amount.

I had tried that in the past. It works sporadically. But presently I have one PO that is still open and the other PO I reopened. I can not go to AP-C to enter the PO again. It says there are no open receivings. But it shows those receivings did come in. I just can't access them because EVO believes they have already been posted through AP-C. They came out of RNI but never came off the RNI report. There must be some way to go through the database to clear them off the RNI report.

If you go to PO-K (Close Purchase Orders) and close the specific PO that should not be on the RNI report. The PO will no longer appear on your RNI report.

No such luck. I had already closed one. Then I reopened it and closed it again. Everything says it is closed but it still shows on the RNI report as open in RNI.

It was just brought to my attention something weird. If I run a complete RNI report for all PO's (everything), those problem PO's do not show as being open. They do not show on the report at all. But if I run a "Receiving Report" for those problem PO's, the report shows the amounts still in RNI. And if I try to run a "Received not Invoiced" Report on those problem PO's, EVO says there are no receivings.

So the PO's do not show on the complete "RNI Report", but they show on individual "Receiving Reports" as still being in RNI. I just want to get rid of them so they do not show on a "Receiving Report" as being open.

Though I can not bring you a solution, I can say we have issues with old PO's that were not "re-opened" appearing again on our RNI report. There are times when we try to PO-K the PO that is suddenly appearing on the RNI report, we will get an error stating there is no such open PO available to close. For now, I have just gotten use to those little presents showing up...
